At Pro Construction did a great job on replacing trim boards on my 2 story house. Great quote, they showed up on time and everyone was very respectful and nice. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

They did a fantastic job on my wood siding, window trim, and painting. Of 3 different contractors to perform this type of work for me over the last 15 years, they did without a doubt the best job. I would highly recommend them. They were very responsive to small requests such as removing an unwanted satellite dish rather than painting around it. There were some minor challenges getting on the schedule As a result we ran up against a schedule deadline for me and had to proceed with some second choice siding for some of the repairs. There was a little confusion over the required permit too, but in the end they got the work done when I needed it to be done. They estimated a little low, and the final cost was about 25% higher.

This company is the best to work with . They go above and beyond the typical contractors . I was a construction superintendent for a company that built hotels locally . I know the trades . These folks are the best . Prices are very fare . I would whole heartily recommend them to anyone . Thanks Mr Chang for such a good job .

I was very pleased with the response time, work performed and clean up. Unfortunately, I had to call them to repair the repair, but they came back out the next day and fixed it. I would highly recommend.

First, I requested a call back on a Wednesday for the date and time they were going to come out to my residence to conduct the appraisal and never received it. The technician who turned out to be the president of the company, showed up unannounced the following Saturday and stated his partner was supposed to call me. He completed the appraisal and prior to leaving, gave me his business card and stated he would provide an estimate later that weekend. The following Tuesday I called to inquire on the estimate and his partner told me he would have him to return my call. The president, Tae Sun Chang, called and I explained to him my insurance company's appraiser estimated my repairs $300 lesser than what he quoted and could he please provide me with an itemized list. His tone immediately changed to being aggressive and arrogant and he told me my insurance company didn't know what they were talking about and no one would do the job for that price and he was not going to send me a list. I asked again and he repeated he was not going to send a list and I could just find someone else to do the job. My purpose for the itemized list was to simply see what the differences were but I was never provided that opportunity. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
