Retrieved from his car some Home magazine where the doors were advertised. After showing the magazine, offered to take off $100 advertised. Got the impression he was more interested in selling the door without the grids."

"I had four sliding glass doors replaced. Most companies were pre-set on the one or two options they would sell me. Windows on Washington (Zach) took the time to measure and discovered all of my doors were a non-standard size by 4" each, which I independently verified (star 1 for WoW). Then they offered several options, to include competitive pricing on a competing bid (star 2 for WoW). Ultimately we "settled" on low maintenance 5-point locking doors with exterior keyed locks, which only WoW offered as an option (star 3 for WoW). For the installation they worked around the unusually rainy season and our schedule to get them installed. We knew we had wood rot in the old door frame, but they (Young Kim and crew) also repaired part of the housing structure at no additional cost (star 4 for WoW). Finally, they offered us 12-months with Zero percent financing (star 5 for WoW). We did have a few issues along the way, but once I communicated with WoW they (Cathy Mejia) were incredibly helpful and worked to make things right... what more could anyone ask for? I WILL BE using them again to replace the front door and a few other items on my fixer upper. I HIGHLY recommended this team!"

The team -- Mike and John -- were on time, professional, took care to clean the workspace, did a quality install -- including the repair of sub flooring damage as the old doors were letting rain water inside. "Everything went great!  It all started when we tried to replace a 30 year old shower door.  When the door was removed, the tiles in the opening were a mess.  The provider directed me to a tile show room were they were able to match existing tiles with better ones for attaching the new shower door.  They came to remove the old tiles and install the new ones quickly and the result was beautiful and seamless.  I am thrilled with their work.
