"We had an emergency situation during a very hot week in June when the wires that connected the a/c to the thermostat were accidently cut.  The a/c company that I had a service contract with could not come for over a week, as well as a couple of other companies I contacted.  I called Scotty, and within a couple of days his guys were able to come out and reconnect the wires.  We also had them install an outlet for a dryer.  They were professional yet friendly and we very much appreciated the quickness of their response.

It was a mess, had no idea what to do and it caused a problem with the electrical in other parts of the house, where a family member had medical equipment that needed to be on. Got a call back in less than 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I had a tech (Chris) out who fixed everything up and was very nice and professional.
