"The service call went exactly as planned.  Scotty arrived on time with everything he needed to perform the service requested. Not sure if you care about this or not, but it was very important to me.  He is an extremely nice young man with manners and a healthy respect for others.  His parents trained him well!
The reason I purchased the offer was my fear of a possible electrical fire. My bathroom exhaust fan/light would work sporadically as would my electrical outlet on the screened porch. Scotty located the problem within 5 minutes.  I asked him about the outlet on the outside porch as it was prone to getting wet.  He advised of a much better outlet and also suggested I think about changing the type of light bulbs I used inside the house.
There was one light in my upstairs bath (1 out of 6) that did not work. I had tried 2 different types of bulbs to no avail. Scotty resolved the problem.
On the side of my kitchen island there is an elecrical outlet and the faceplate was very loose.  Turns out the actual sockett was split in half.  Before he left, it was fixed.
Scotty made a trip to Home Depot to pick up the supplies he needed and also, at my request, picked up 3 boxes of LED light bulbs.  He didn't have to, but he replaced all 6 bulbs in the upstairs bath. Huge difference in lighting.  As my other bulbs burn out, they will be replaced with the LED's.
I will definitely keep his phone number as he is now my "GO TO" person for any electrial questions or problems.  I highly recommend this company and would be glad to offer any further comments to anyone looking for an excellent electrician.  I doubt you could find a better one.

"I received a call to let me know Scott was on his way, as promised. Upon investigation, The ballast surely needed replacement, and repair was pretty straightforward. The service call required time for purchase of part (since I live far from hardware stores), since light fixture is very old technology, but Scott explained the repair from the beginnning and provided options for replacement (he recommended just replacing ballast), but also explained cost of upgrading fixture to newer technology in response to my questions (sometimes it's worth investing more upfront to prevent sooner repair), and part was installed and light works like new. Scott was very professional and informative and I was so great full for Davis & Green coming out to my house since most electrical companies I contacted wouldn't come out to my area for such a small job. The service charge and extra cost of traveling to my area were discussed upfront over the phone, so there were no surprises!"

"The problem was discovered in early November when the light stopped working.  Replacement bulbs didn't work and the entire fixture was hot to the touch.  Later that day it started working again, but we stopped using the light due to concerns regarding a possible safety issue.  We immediately contacted the electrician that we had used previously, and then a second electrician a few weeks later and didn't receive responses from either of them.  In both cases, we provided a detailed description of the issue and indicated that we thought that it was a safety issue.  After waiting almost a month for a response from the first two electricians, we finally joined Angie's list in an effort to find an electrician that would respond to our calls and fix what we knew to be a dangerous electrical issue.  After reading the reviews, we selected Cole Electric and left a message describing the issue.  Cole Electric returned our call right away and scheduled an appointment for the morning of the next business day.  They arrived on time, assessed the problem, and provided a detailed overview of the issue.  They fixed the problem quickly and in a professional manner.  We will continue to use them going forward and recommend them without reservation.

"had purchased this on a Deal. I moved my office to the in-law suite, and wanted something outside my norm - yet not too jarring. The decoraator is in Mass. We communicated via email, Pinterest., Houzz, their website and phone conference. I planned to reuse my light cherry office furniture, but needed to get rid of the white wall look. I sent photos of the room and a floor plan. I answered their online style questionaire and sent photo of the furnishing, my favorite Arts n Crafys desktop lamp and some of the art work I wanted to use. The result was a vibrant palate that is invigorating and joyful to work in. Using the colors from some paintings I collected in Africa15 years ago and my electric taste. the result was very bold. (Formerly my definition of bold was any color other than white or beige. The cair rail and lower walls are a terracotta with a rich deep gold on top. The remaining woodwork and doors are a dark slate gray with a satin finish. (Really - no white glossy woodwork.) I feel like I am in some exotic place when I work. I have met with other designers in the past. They ask your likes, then tell you what think regardless. Not so here, the process was interactive, two sided and balanced. The results are stunnung. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, even if no big deal is available.
