"We were doing a bathroom reno. It's the second one we've done. In the first bathroom, we were able to replace our light, no problem. Not so in the second one. It was a mess, had no idea what to do and it caused a problem with the electrical in other parts of the house, where a family member had medical equipment that needed to be on. This was on a Saturday. Called Davis & Greene's (we'd used them in the past) emergency number, left a message. Got a call back in less than 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I had a tech (Chris) out who fixed everything up and was very nice and professional. "I called Mike Cole around 4 in the afternoon when I realized my fish pond pump was not working, and would not reset at the circuit box.  He came immediately (since the fish were in danger), and fixed the problem right away.  He ended up working into the evening, and even had to come back the next day to finish up.  I was very impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism.  I ended up hiring him to do some more electrical projects as well (changing lighting, adding outlets, etc.)  I will definitely call him again for more projects!
