"Absolutely stay VERY FAR from Plumbing Innovators--HORRIBLE service, unprofessional, repairs not done as promised, terribly rude technician. Tony was downright nasty with me on the phone when I expressed dissatisfaction that my issue wasn't fixed. He gave me a quote to fix the jets on my bathtub, then after he started the repairs, said there was another faulty part that ALSO needed to be repaired--this possibility was NOT made clear to me upon getting the first quote; he buried it in the fine print of the written quote but NEVER verbally explained it to me--and it was going to cost more for the new part, more labor, AND he was going to have to cut into my cabinetry to do it. But he'd have to cut into my cabinetry in order to even get the price on the part from the manufacturer, so (of course) I'd be obligated to pay whatever he came back at me with, AND end up with damage to my cabinets that I'd also have to pay someone else to fix. But this was after the work had been started (not completed, though), so I could either agree to let him cut into my cabinetry to even GET the price, or pay the $375 for no fix at all. When I told him this was terrible business practice and that I was displeased with his not having properly communicated the probability of a much higher cost, plus damage, before starting work that I now had to pay nearly $400 for (with NO FIX), he got nasty, blamed me for being upset about it, and swore at me when I persisted that he wasn't doing good business. Highly unprofessional and misleading. BEWARE."

Andy tested our water and found that its pH value was 6.97, which was consistent with previous readings over the past six months when he did other work for us. Because our well-water pH is essentially neutral, Andy explained the acid neutralizer tank is not necessary. He offered two options: 1) remove the tank (thus leaving us with only the water softener tank) or 2) empty it, which option I selected. He also reduced the cost of the service call. "Joe, came to my home to because I had no water. We had agreed upon 8:00 am he text and said he would be there by 7:30. When he arrived I showed him the garage where the house equipment was located. The first thing he noticed was that the water tank switch was installed incorrectly (the switch has been there for 27 years) I had the home built. Then he notice something not up to code. Showed him the well pump and he assess the pump. Joe then tells me my pump failed and would need to be replaced. The price would be 3,500 for the pump and 800.00 to replace the electrical components inside the well. I kindly paid him the $60.00 service fee and said good bye. The next company came at 10:00 am and replaced my pump in about 40 minutes and saved me over $2,000.00! This company stated my wiring was good and everything was fine inside the garage. Folks do your research- if something does not seem right it?s NOT! He left my breaker switch off and turned my range off breaker off!"
