Overall it was a very good experience. There were a few little bobbles but the project manager made them right. I highly recommend Home Genius.

Kevin Short was my Project Manager. The service was very, very good, and very professional. The installers of the roof did an amazing job. I am very pleased.

Everything went extremely well From the beginning of this project until the end it was nothing but professionalism From the sales manager marquise to the scheduler Kaitlyn to the project manager Darryl everyone was most professional Unfortunately we were not prepared for the costs of the project but they made the whole process a very smooth and trustworthy one I'm very impressed and pleased with home genius

The project quality was excellent! We had nothing but leaks but we needed them repaired and we needed a new roof We started looking for companies and we found home genus and decided to give them a chance and we are so pleased Marquise was very nice and professional he sold us on this and was basically family staying so long with us Kaitlyn was very nice with us and quick to schedule us The install process was very quick and we didn't believe the install of our roof would take a day with all of the wood we need replaced. Sauls A1 roofing crew was extremely fast did our roof in 6 hours and did everything perfectly Darryl was our project manager and was very nice and respectful and very professional Overall were very pleased with home genius and we have the nicest roof in the neighborhood! We left our sign outside so everyone can see!

The workers were super respectful Germans crew on my siding was awesome, clean and respectful! They even helped my mom with some things around the house. Austin was great and throughly impressive with everything he showed me. Jackie was very nice and Darryl stayed on top of things as a PM should. Overall I?m very pleased with Home Genius Exteriors and everyone loves my house in the neighborhood!

The project was phenomenal! At first we needed new siding and then there was Austin! He was an awesome person to get us started with our new siding. He showed us several options before starting the project and then we met Jackie! She was a blast and a breeze to help us with the scheduling of our project. And then there was Darryl the project manager who was very courteous and nice with us throughout the entire install. Germans siding crew was very helpful and even helped my grandmother with some things. We are very satisfied and will trust home genius with whatever we need on our home!

Chris was amazing and we really liked him when he first met with us about our roof Kaitlyn was very nice with scheduling us for our roof and install process was great and Minerva from Germans crew was very respectful and courteous Darryl was very nice and respectful and thorough with our install and kept us updated. We love home genius and we didn’t want to spend that kind of money but we feel like we did great! We’d love to tell our family and friends about home genius

The project went well with the exception I wasn’t able to communicate with the crew due to them speaking Spanish. Angel the crew leader was very helpful and everything went fine but I wish he was here longer to translate to the crew. Marquise was very informative on what needed to be done before the project started. Darryl was very responsive and helpful and very professional. He solved every problem I had. Overall I’m very happy with home genius and the way my home looks!

Overall this was worth the cost of the investment and the job and workmanship was great.

I’m very happy with my new siding and the install process Garrett was very great to talk to when I first wanted to do the siding. The project itself was very fast and wonderful to watch. From the first visit Christopher was very knowledgeable for an elderly couple and for the depth of explaining the roof system was excellent and very clear. It is so amazing for what's being done to protect your home. The installers were very good and kind and very knowledgeable and would stop work to let us ingress back into our home. The experience was very pleasant and the compliments on my roof because of the color contrast has been nothing less than extraordinary I'm glad I chose this company and from beginning to end it was a pleasant experience

Everything was excellent and good! I was in disbelief about the gutter Guards when I told Chris about it but he was right and im so pleased! I'm glad Darryl and Lenny were able to help

I am very satisfied on the final result of my new roof! Austin was very thorough with me while I decided on a new roof and Darryl was very pleasant to work with and he communicated very efficiently with me throughout the process. The crew worked very efficiently and did a wonderful job. I even had some of my neighbors ask me who did my roof. I am very pleased with home genius exteriors

The project tuned out beautifully however we told Marquise that we needed a crew that spoke English well. With that being said then we then contacted Darryl the project manager that was very helpful and nice with all of our concerns and translating to the crew. The workers were very polite and cared about the final outcome. Overall we loved the experience and the final outcome and we would tell our neighbors and family about home genus!

Thanks yo Alex for setting up the appt to check out all the info, Garrett for thoroughly inspecting the roof & attic area & showing me examples of all the material being used. Kevin Short was the Project Manager for my roofing and siding job. Mr. Short and his crew were very professional and patient. We are very pleased with the job and would recommend Home Genius to others. My husband wants to add these reviews as his review as we didn’t want to post it twice.

From the sales process Chris helped me a lot. He not only was diligent but respectful and straightforward and gave me several military and labor day discounts on the material. Jackie was very quick in replying to me to schedule my project. Darryl was very easy to communicate with. Very cordial and was very concerned about my satisfaction and outcome of the project which isn't very common.

The job was good and Darryl was good

The install of the roof and gutters was amazing. Everything else was pretty awful. The sales guy didn’t clearly convey all the various options so we’re left feeling we had only one option therefore feeling overpaid for everything and the loan pay work was done wrong. We also were never given an itemized invoice of the cost of the materials and labor costs which is commonplace for contractors and illegal to not provide. The sales experience was extremely predatory. The scheduler didn’t plan appropriately so our materials were delayed and the gutters weren’t installed on time but a week later. We were promised they’d thoroughly clean our property after and yet there was trash and nails left everywhere as a hazard to our child. Also promised to have lots of pictures of the progress and that didn’t happen. We were severely up charged an extra 700$ for more materials day of the install even though it wasn’t needed. Over promised and under delivered.

The work was done quickly and the job was done very clean Chris explained everything and he was very friendly and Darryl was very curtious and explained everything very well and told me if I had any problems to contact him immediately. It made me feel like they truly care about their customers
