But then they were not able to do the more expensive option so they went and got the part for the lower price option. But ultimately they charged me for the higher price option. I have called three days in a row and have not been able to resolve the price discrepancy."

"I’ve been a loyal Snell customer for years, but this recent experience was deeply disappointing. After our AC failed in August, Snell diagnosed a leaking evaporator coil. We chose to replace the system through them, and the salesperson took time to evaluate the setup in advance. However, on installation day, the crew arrived without the correct ductwork and had to make adjustments on the fly. Unfortunately, the adjustments were poorly executed: • The Aprilaire humidifier was mounted on sloped ductwork rather than a level surface, contrary to manufacturer specifications. • The hole for the humidifier was cut inaccurately. • The drain line was left kinked in multiple places. Aprilaire support later confirmed the humidifier was not installed correctly and warned this could lead to water backing up into the system — a concern I had raised with the installers before they left. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, I received no meaningful response. I was told my concerns would be escalated, but no one followed through. This was a major investment, and I now feel I need to bring in another HVAC team to correct issues that should have been resolved from the start. I’ve recommended Snell in the past, but I can’t in good faith do so now after this experience."

"No, I hired the R&r to repair my HVAC and install some light bulbs. The furnace is still not working and obviously the work was not completed. They were paid twice for the initial work because the contractor indicated that they did not receive the PayPal that was sent to them on 10/21/2025. Contractor requested that another payment be sent via Zelle with the understanding that the PayPal payment be returned or canceled. I have not heard from contractor regarding work or refund and I am still waiting on my returned funds via PayPal. "

Oh, another thing I like about Pro Sky is they use the Housecall Pro platform to send me appointment info, estimates, and receipts. All were super clear, and the platform was so convenient. Back to William, he arrived promptly wearing a mask and minding his distance. He listened patiently to the long history of issues weâ ve had with our Carrier Infinity thermostat before setting out to run the diagnostic tests on our heat pump. The tests confirmed the system was in good shape, the problem was with the thermostat. William took the time to explain our options for a thermostat replacement and addressed all of our questions and concerns without trying to sell us any particular product (or service for that matter). Our A/C stopped blowing cold air on a near-100-degree day last week. Who you gonna call? Of course, I called Pro Sky. Frank reassured me he would always have availability for a loyal customer. A different technician this time, the process was the same. I received a text with a link to Housecallproâ s job description, arrival window, and estimate ($45 for a diagnosis visit). Santo arrived on time, made a quick diagnose (bad capacitor), provided a reasonable price quote for a replacement which we agreed to. He replaced the dual capacitor, did a health check of our A/C system and was done in about 30 minutes. Super efficient! The service fee was waived in our final bill.
