Small business, self employed, use subcontractors that I can trust, minimum consultation and visit fee $295. That includes, site visit, inspection, and a verbal on site report and follow up with contractors as needed . The fee for site visit and inspection is a flat fee, basically it is the charge to drive to your location and provide a verbal report. This fee does not include a written formal report. A written report is approximately an additional $300. I work evenings and weekends as needed, structural, architectural and mechanical design, inspections and reports, fronsic, expert witness. He was very forthcoming by explaining that the repair was not absolutely necessary if there was no leakage, but I wanted it sealed anyway. He did a top rate job and I would not hesitate to use his services again."
