Ever since the inception of the business, Bitarchitects has completed 86 projects and achieved a five-star client satisfaction rating. Bitarchitects works with the utmost respect to the building code respective to every state while using the most innovative technology from Laser scanning, the most advanced architectural and engineering programs, to virtual reality having the aim to present to the client an experience of architecture that is far beyond conventional architectural, rather, an architecture that presents our contemporary times.

I had the pleasure of working with Terry and her team at Bitarchitects to help me get a building permit and certificate of occupancy. This location had no architectural plans so Terry had to start from scratch. They were able to achieve the goal and also help me through the permitting process along the way. Any time a new task was needed they helped complete it timely with great communication. I would highly recommend.

Terry, Noor, and the whole team were incredibly professional and helpful with my project. I needed them to draft plans for an existing structure and they produced an outstanding bundle for me to submit to the county. The process was collaborative and they kept me informed on how things were going and what additional information they needed, and they also were great about including elements I wanted to see reflected in the plans. I highly recommend them and will likely hire them again if and when I decide to put an addition on my home.

Terry and Nour were spectacular. They worked with an incredibly difficult permit officer to have our plans approved for construction. They drew out the plans, edited per our changes, and then edited several more times per the permit officerâ s many changes. Highest level of expertise, professionalism, and customer service from this firm. And to add icing to the cake, they had super competitive pricing.
