I have used these guys for a few years now for all of my water needs. They have replaced piping, replaced a busted valve, installed a water softener system, and completed water testing for the sale of my house. I have NEVER been disappointed. Denise has been my go to person and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. These guys come into my house by themselves and I never have to worry. Completely top notch quality work from people that are honest and trustworthy! I thank them for all they have done... and I am sure they will continue to do for me in the future.

We were closing on our home and the well inspection turned up bacteria. Time was critical to us. I called them on a Friday and it was installed on Monday. Provided clean water test results two days later. They had previously installed our water softener system. They are a great company, very customer-focus. I highly recommend them for any water system needs.

I made initial contact with Denise through Angie's List. She was very helpful and provided a preliminary estimate via email. I thought it was a bit high, so I requested someone come out to evaluate my equipment and get a look at the usable plumbing fixtures that already existed in my home. Gene came out and confirmed the price that Denise had already given. A few days later Gene returned with an assistant and they installed my water softener and whole home water filter. They worked for at least 6-hours, and thoroughly cleaned up the area when they were done. I'm very pleased with the work they performed; in fact, it is much better than I imagined it would be. They do great work! It's a bit pricy, but well worth the price if you want to be assured of the work and have a great outcome.

It went great. Our water had begun to taste bitter & was staining our sinks. They inspected everything, walked us through how the system works (we moved to this house a year before), corrected the ph, found large amounts of sediment in the well tank & removed it. Exceeded our expectations!

This company was a pleasure to work with for our service needs. We had another company come out and were told we needed to replace the system. I contacted Solutions and they suggested having a tech come out. The team was very knowledgeable and willing to talk to me about the system. Given that we had not had an annual system service in a few years, the cost was higher than an annual fix and the cost overall was reasonable. They fixed it and gave recommendations for the future. I would highly recommend using this company for water system needs.

They were very helpful determining the capacity of the system needed and explained all the technical details. The installation went very well. This was the neatest plumbing job I have ever seen. Everything was labeled and easy to operate. The softener works great. We are very satisfied.

They were very quick to respond to me and when they came and take a look at my water softener for me... When he looked at it he told me that he could just fix the water softener and save me $2000.00 on replacing it... So he fixed it and it is still running very well for me today... Between this service provider and the other I had to come out and look at the job. This service provider had the most knowledge about what he does then the other and that is why I chose them.. The gentleman that came out has two patens to his record. So that makes him the best to do any water work that you would have to be done around the house.. Also they have gained a long time customer with helping out the way they did..

We can't say enough positive things about Solutions in Aqua Services/American Water Pro.  We recently moved into a home on a well with highly acidic water that, among other things, was corroding the copper supply pipes throughout the home.   The acidic water was leaving blue-green stains in all of our bathrooms and sinks and had the potential to cause pinhole leaks in our pipes.  Further our water pressure tank was approximately 25 years old and on its last legs.  To complicate matters even more, the tank was wedged in an extremely tight corner next to our HVAC unit, making access to the tank nearly impossible.   Finally, our whole house filter and UV filter were in rough shape and in need of an upgrade.  Given the circumstances, we searched high and low on Angie's List, reading hundreds of reviews of water treatment companies.  
From the moment I contacted Solutions in Aqua Services/American Water Pro, I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness.   The owner of the company (Denise) requested that I email her several photos of our existing equipment and set-up.   Shortly after that, the other owner of the company (Gene) visited our home and spent close to an hour explaining the installation process and where he thought it would be best to install the new equipment.   Once we received a written estimate detailing the scope of work, Denise spent a lot of time on the phone explaining the quote in detail and responding to my questions to make sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the job.  Because of the size and complexity of the job, we initially were very nervous about it - my wife likened it to a body receiving an organ transplant!
We were extremely pleased that Gene performed all the work along with his assistant, Mark.  They spent four full, continuous days at our home removing the existing equipment and installing the new equipment.  During the entire install process, they communicated regularly with us about their progress.  We were amazed at how the made removal of the old pressure tank seem effortless (even though it wasn't).  They even went so far as to make sure the water was turned back on every evening when they finished for the day.
Now that the work is complete, we are pleased to report that the finished product is second to none!  It's been approximately five months since the system was installed and it has worked flawlessly.   The blue-green stains are now gone, we have much softer and cleaner water, and Gene even managed to improve the water pressure throughout the entire house.  
To top it off, we've had several other contractors visit the house since the system was installed (including a plumber!) and they all have marveled at how meticulous the work is.    Regardless of the size of the job, you won't be sorry if you hire Solutions in Aqua/American Water Pro!   

Working the people in the store to drop off my water, talking to Denise on the phone and working with Gene in the field was great. Everyone was friendly and really helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone showed up on time and did everything they were supposed to do.  The attention to detail on the installation was very high. Everything was documented and labeled.

They are great to work with.

If you are looking for great customer service and an expert in water systems, then I strongly recommend that you hire this company.  You will deal with Denise when you call them, and then Gene is the expert techician.  Denise is extremely pleasant to deal with.  And you will be truly impressed with Gene's expertise and demeanor.  I have learned the hard way that you get what you pay for in life.  This company may not be the cheapest, but if you want the job done right, then I strongly recommend that you hire them.

I've used Solutions in Aqua Service for several years, and they are the best there is.  Gene really knows what he's doing,  He's very professional, and I trust him implicitly.
