"I contacted Underground via e-mail and got a call from the owner, Ms Holt. She was going to have the office contact me. JoAnn the office manager contacted me to see what dates would work for the assessment of the job. We were not charged for the assessment visit. I must say from the office to the Technician Bruce and his team, we were extremely happy! So helpful. Bruce arrived on schedule. He let me know he would flush the pipe and run a camera thru the pipes to diagnosis the problem, what the price would be. Great news, the pipe was clean, and whole. No tree roots. The problem was caused by the secondary pipe being jammed into the main pipe blocking it from functioning properly. So the secondary pipe was installed incorrectly, causing us a lot of damage. Bruce made a small hole in the black top where the two pipes were connected installed a ‘Y’ connector and flushed both pipes! It works. Thank you all."

Contractor contacted me within several hours of initial call.  Following day, electrician came by and provided estimates based on the features of the fan we opted to use.  Unfortunately, this pricing came in a bit higher then I was expecting.  Several days later I came across a fan in a local retailer that met all my needs and was at an attractive sale price.  I re-contacted Cole Electric and asked if they would adjust their quote to cover just their labor and other materials needed to do the job.  They did this, readjusted their quote and performed the work a day later.

As before, the end result was excellent customer service, a willingness to work with the customer and a clean professional installation.  I was very satisfied.

"Done as it should be done.  Eric arrived as scheduled.  Did each of the items on the maintenance schedule.  Clearly knew what he was doing.  Showed me how to pump the fuel if the generator had trouble starting.  Showed ingenuity in removing a stuck part, which saved a 20+ mile round trip drive for a different tool. He coordinated and scheduled the template measurement team which included Brandon and Duke who both provided excellent advice on how the install would happen. The installation team led by Giovanni was outstanding. Giovanni insure our granite was handle with white glove care while placing the countertops in the proper position. Gus was the plumber who completed the final installation of the faucet and garbage disposal.
