Pete Reese was on time and knowledgeable about the new product to be installed. He gave me very detailed information on his product material being used for the new flooring and a fair estimate for the materials as well as the installation. The installers did an excellent job for the installation and two rooms were completed in a timely manner,

Terrific. Pete got to my house 45 minutes earlier than expected. He was courteous, removed his shoes and was also very competent. Alone in my narrow crawlspace, he removed floor squeaks in at least 12 different parts of my first floor. When he was already done and after I had paid him, him reviewed his work and found another squeak area and insisted on going back under and repairing that one also. I was very happy with the entire job and would use Pete again for anything hardwood!!

Great to work with! Pete is responsive, flexible and fair. RSF discovered some water damage when working on our project and responded with help and extreme patience while the repairs were made over the next months until RSF could complete the work, which was accomplished quickly. Floors are beautiful! I could not be more impressed with RSF!

I highly recommend Right Step Flooring, LLC. they repaired and refinished the hardwood floors in my home from the front door to the sliding glass door at the rear of the house. Everything was done on schedule and to perfection.

Pete is great and his team did a wonderful job. I am thrilled with my new floors. They removed old carpeting, threaded new floors in with old floors, sanded whole house and finished the floors. Pete explained the entire process and sent me pictures along the way. His estimate was the best of four that I received. He saved me money and did a super job. It was a great contractor experience.
