"Could not be happier with the progress with The Contractors from start to finish. The quote in the beginning was detailed, thoughtful, and in-line with what we expected. We received quotes from 3 other places (both full gut job and refacing) and the Contractors hit the bill on cost, answers to questions, detail of quote and thoughtfulness. John was an excellent resource for my MANY questions on everything from details of installation to composition of cabinetry, etc. The install process was straightforward and Jeremiah cleaned up absolutely everything each day. His attention to detail was impressive. We had a LOT done-refacing on about 30+cabinets, building (from scratch) a new set of custom-sized cabinets to fit in built in wine fridge, new tile, new quartz countertops including a new breakfast bar extending along former knee wall. They even extended existing cabinets and you can't tell at all what was old and what was new. We are incredibly pleased and the kitchen is gorgeous. Any issues (no reno is completely problem free) were handled swiftly and deftly by the owner with open and thorough communication. Would definitely recommend."

"Mitchell arrived promptly when he said he would.  He took off the legs of the table as they did not have to be refinished.  He took the table out on my carport and went to work removing the finish.  He applied several coats of stain and a sealer.  I am extremely pleased with the table as it had several bare spots and a giant stain from a bottle of grill cleaner that had spilled on my table.  The entire job took about 4 hrs.  The table looks good as new.  I paid a lot for the table many years ago and it fits perfectly in my kitchen.  I was thrilled it could be restained and looks as nice as the day I bought it.

"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

He was at the house when the cabinets were being delivered and stopped in during installation. If you have concerns or aren't entirely happy with something he will make it right as quickly as possible. We have worked with a number of contractors and no one has come close to his level of customer service. He even brought us a bottle of wine and cheese when it was finished:)"

"I am so happy Jae Kim was the person doing the work in my kitchen. He was meticulous and attentive to all the details. Everything is finished so nicely, and he put extra effort in to make sure all the cabinets, old and new were properly hung and in good shape. A larger granite counter-top had to be moved as well as some upper and lower cabinets. I am impressed with the quality of not just the work but also the new cabinets. The kitchen is just beautiful!"

"Javier, Edwin and Tolio refaced our kitchen cabinets two weeks ago. They arrived on time, began the work and completed it efficiently. They knew exactly how to perform the necessary tasks to complete the job. Each day they cleaned the area before leaving the house. It took two full days to reface our 32 cabinet doors and 8 drawers. "Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."
