From the very first meeting he was very clear and straight forward regarding what exactly would need to be done to remove the very large amount of bamboo and a dead cherry tree on our property. Not only did they show up early to get the job started but during unexpected problems, due to the intensity/large amount of bamboo, he was very clear about what they would need to do next, so we were never left guessing. Company A came out and decided I needed a tier system costing 15K. I almost had a coronary. There were no signs that I had a major foundation issue so I found this a bit suspect. Next, I had Greg from NV Waterproofing come out do a visual inspection and take some measurements using his laser and level. In the end he told me I had normal settlement and to do nothing. Not even fill it b/c that way you can monitor it over time. I offered to pay them him for his time and he respectfully declined. I wish I had some work for him but I guess leaving a glowing review is the next best thing. I cant speak highly enough of Greg and NV. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy knowing their are good, honest business still out there."
