Company A came out and decided I needed a tier system costing 15K. I almost had a coronary. There were no signs that I had a major foundation issue so I found this a bit suspect. Next, I had Greg from NV Waterproofing come out do a visual inspection and take some measurements using his laser and level. In the end he told me I had normal settlement and to do nothing. Not even fill it b/c that way you can monitor it over time. I offered to pay them him for his time and he respectfully declined. "Julio and his crew were the epitome of professional service. I cannot emphasize how thorough, punctual and knowledgeable they, collectively, know their artisan talents. I needed to have part of a brick wall that had collapsed replaced with new. Julio carefully examined the other remaining brick wall, and pointed out several cracks ( due to groundhogs burrowing from underneath, further weakening the structure overall) . As Julio pointed this out to me , I agreed that it was only a matter of time before the rest of the wall would fail. I decided to have half of the wall replaced with stone block . It is my observation through Julio that I bit the bullet and trusted him and his crew to repair stucco, reinforce the home’s foundation, replace screens on an enclosed deck porch, replace outdoor turf, repoint the mortar on the brick façade of the house and the brick front porch and walkway. "The work was done in a professional manner. They were friendly and willing to answer questions about the work. The company handled all permits and scheduling the county inspector to come and clear the job. It completely cleared up the leaking problem in the basement, and the foundation is good for the rest of the house's live. They cleaned up really well, there was no dust problem, and in the area they dug a trench, they even reseeded the lawn with grass seed. We were very happy with the work and feel like we are safe from any more foundation problems."
