They had a large hickory tree to work around and not damage; their workers were polite, hardworking, competent, and cleaned up daily. The project was finished within the time frames planned and within the affordable budget we'd set out. It was a difficult project due to the hillside they were working on, and the large old patio stones that had to be taken up carefully and then reset at the end of the project. "Mauricio and Crisjan were the initial sales reps who came to examine the issue and they took the time to test drainage that might have potentially been creating the water issue. They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"Julio Escobar, President of ET General Contractor, responded with 24 hours to my initial query and arranged to visit my house within another day to discuss my plans. He listened carefully, and made excellent suggestions, including frank opinions of what was and was not possible and at what cost. He then gave me an estimate within a few days with pictures of the kind of stone retaining wall that he recommended. Once work started, it was completed within four days completely to my satisfaction. Julio himself was in regular contact with me and visited the site where his team was working at least twice each day, supervising all aspects of my work while at the same time attending to projects elsewhere. Changes and challenges that came up in the course of the project were incorporated easily. The final wall - a structure in two parts across the entire front of the house, and made of sculptured stone blocks embedded in a firm foundation - was very professionally done and looks beautiful. The three vegetable patches - enclosed by 4x4 wood beams and filled with topsoil (as was the area behind the retaining wall) - are also solidly and professionally built. I'm entirely satisfied and will definitely work with Julio again in future."

The company handled all permits and scheduling the county inspector to come and clear the job. It completely cleared up the leaking problem in the basement, and the foundation is good for the rest of the house's live. They cleaned up really well, there was no dust problem, and in the area they dug a trench, they even reseeded the lawn with grass seed.
