From the very first meeting he was very clear and straight forward regarding what exactly would need to be done to remove the very large amount of bamboo and a dead cherry tree on our property. Not only did they show up early to get the job started but during unexpected problems, due to the intensity/large amount of bamboo, he was very clear about what they would need to do next, so we were never left guessing. The before picture is from our home's listing and doesn't show the full scale of how much bamboo needed to be removed, but paints a decent picture. Company A came out and decided I needed a tier system costing 15K. I almost had a coronary. There were no signs that I had a major foundation issue so I found this a bit suspect. Next, I had Greg from NV Waterproofing come out do a visual inspection and take some measurements using his laser and level. In the end he told me I had normal settlement and to do nothing. Not even fill it b/c that way you can monitor it over time. I offered to pay them him for his time and he respectfully declined. I wish I had some work for him but I guess leaving a glowing review is the next best thing. I cant speak highly enough of Greg and NV. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy knowing their are good, honest business still out there."
