Very disappointed with Greystone Masonry. We are not pleased with our stamped concrete patio at all. First, it was uneven. Instead of starting over, they cut the uneven portion out and re-poured only the affected section, which was about 1/4 of the patio. This resulted in uneven coloring....

The stairs, retaining wall and planters were completed in September. In October, I had a licensed inspector at my home for another project and he pointed out that the stairs Jovel had built did not meet code. The inspector stated that stairs must be of equal rise and the lower and upper stairs were not in acceptable range with the other two. He also stated that three or more stairs required a handrail and that the stairs were POOR construction. Jovel has refused to correct the issue or refund any money paid.
