"Plumbing Innovators called 30 mins prior to arrival -- checked out the situation and completely replaced the water heater, added a drain pan, expansion tank and a new sump pump within four hours. TJ and Tim completely cleaned up behind themselves, including the old tank and nasty sump pump. Very courteous and very professional -- would hire them every time."

"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

Julio, the owner, came out to give me a fair estimate and offered helpful safety and cosmetic recommendations. He gave me full confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and that the job would finally be done right. Julio and his crew buried my downspout, uplifted and regraded my yard up to the foundation, leveled everything out, and installed new sod. They arrived on time, worked hard, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. The payment terms were fair — half upfront and the remainder upon completion. The results are outstanding! My yard looks beautiful and drains properly now. ET General Contractor INC has earned a loyal customer, and I fully intend to have them do more work for me in the future. "Everything went AMAZINGLY WELL....FAST response on the submission. Within minutes they called me. They came out the same night to analyze my door and give me a quote. They scheduled the install for as soon as possible. The door and door frame were replaced and everything looks brand new. They are very friendly and professional. DEFINITELY HIRE THEM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will be calling them from now on when I need anything repaired....."

"Mr. Shifflet, the plumber, was great to work with.  Very professional but also easy to talk to and showed us what he was doing every step of the way.  He kwas able to not only address our original issue, but also identified two others.  He fixed one, but alas, we need a new dishwasher to address the leak.
Cost was a little on the high side in my opinion.  The charge for the actual repairs was reasonable, but just the charge for the service call was a little steep.  The price you pay for an expert.
