"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"Because of the great service from Best Buy I feel compelled to update my review below. My situation was complicated. A spring runs continuously under our slab, there was water in several places within our finished basement, and there was a leak under a supporting I beam. Best Buy, unlike other companies, warrants the entire floor, not merely the area around their work. This warranty is invaluable as my experience demonstrated. Andrew, the owner, and his crew came out at least 5 times, sometimes on short notice, once on Sunday, to figure out how to solve all of the complicated issues. They had to build a perimeter drain, a lateral drain, and a speed drain and they had to epoxy around the supporting beam. On one occasion I called because there was a damp spot in one place, but Andrew pointed out several others that I'd missed. Of course, it wasn't in his interest to do so as it required more work. I highly recommend Best Buy!"

Julio, the owner, came out to give me a fair estimate and offered helpful safety and cosmetic recommendations. He gave me full confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and that the job would finally be done right. Julio and his crew buried my downspout, uplifted and regraded my yard up to the foundation, leveled everything out, and installed new sod. They arrived on time, worked hard, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. The payment terms were fair — half upfront and the remainder upon completion. The results are outstanding! My yard looks beautiful and drains properly now. ET General Contractor INC has earned a loyal customer, and I fully intend to have them do more work for me in the future. Highly recommend!"
