"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others & if we needed additional work, we would definitely call Home Genius Exteriors."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

He did an amazing job of completely rebuilding our master bath. He had great ideas, was extremely patient and flexible and wasn't satisfied until we were. His craftsmanship is beyond reproach and his crew were wonderful to have around the house (especially his father who works with him). "I could only afford the front gutter because I was having problems. The owner called me and I guess there was a misunderstanding between myself and the gentleman who gave me the initial estimate. He was under the impression that they did not do gutters. It turned out that they did do gutters and the owner made them come back out and do the job for free due to the misunderstanding. The owner's name was Keith and he made sure they did more than I originally asked for. They were very nice and I was really shocked that they would do something like that for me because I really needed it done. They repaired my soffits for me and they even re-attached the aluminum siding as well. They were very punctual, neat and nice."
