"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

I was very impressed with his inspection of our home, getting into the attic to inspect areas we didn't even know about. My manager Leonard was on top in communicating, the workers arrived at the appointed time, and got right to work. The new roof looks beautiful! I was very impressed with how coordinate the workers were. From the install to clean up they did EXACTLY what was told to us. Now we're excited to get the siding done too! Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.

"The guys who actually installed the siding & windows did a great job. They were professional and paid attention to every detail. They get 5 stars. The Richline sales Rep was nice enough, but led me to believe that the job would start within 3 weeks from when I signed the contract. After several calls trying to get in touch for updates, I was told different dates until they finally started almost one and a half months later. Apparently Richline has disconnected their company phones and only use their cell phones now."
