Best leaf removal pros near Crozet, VA

"Brian & his assistant arrived before the scheduled time. After going through the house, showing what needed to be taken, they got immediately to work. There was furniture & various items on 3 levels of the house, which they carried out precisely & professionally. They were personable & easy to discuss with all aspects of the removals. We were very impressed all around and would hire them again should the need arise."

"I placed the request for leaf and debris/trash removal, and Ricardo contacted me within 15 minutes. He came out immediately to survey and to give me an estimate. He and a companion cleaned the yard and buiding side grounds of the business the next day and left the place in BROOM CLEAN condition (I wanted a good cleaning job but did not expect this), including plant beds and corners. The cost was $50 under the original quoted price and he hauled away trash and leaves. I will be using M..C. Landscaping for other projects and for maintaining our grounds."

"Hired them to remove a sofa when another company stood us up. Joseph responded promptly and was courteous and on time. We would definitely recommend them and plan to hire them again when we need more furniture removed!"

"He bailed out of the project without giving a reason. We submitted plans to get a grant for a permeable driveway. Driveway was to be removed;back yard regraded; retaining wall built; permeable paver driveway put in. We got the grant but then he backed out of the whole project. When I requested a reason why in an email, I got no response."

"I had asked CNL excavation LLC if he could remove some bamboo roots from my yard, he did it was a task. Ask him would he ever do bamboo again he said absolutely not. I don?t blame him. I learned my lesson by planting it and not to ever plant that crap again. He did his best and I was happy with the out come of the project."

"I recently worked with Ridgeview Property Services after purchasing a property where the previous owner left everything behind — personal belongings, appliances, refrigerator, trash, and even hazardous materials. The situation could have easily been overwhelming, but their team handled it professionally from start to finish. They set clear timelines, communicated expectations upfront, and completed the clean-out exactly as promised. They removed all personal effects, appliances, toxic materials, and debris efficiently and thoroughly. What impressed me most was their integrity — after the job was completed, they actually lowered the invoice because they felt they had over-quoted. That level of honesty is rare. I would absolutely use Ridgeview Property Services again for future estate purchases or any major property clean-out. Highly recommend."
