"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The Richline sales Rep was nice enough, but led me to believe that the job would start within 3 weeks from when I signed the contract. After several calls trying to get in touch for updates, I was told different dates until they finally started almost one and a half months later. Apparently Richline has disconnected their company phones and only use their cell phones now."

"Adam came for the original estimate.  He was knowledgeable, professional and answered my questions.  We set a date for the work and he advised I would be called the day before with details.  No call so I called and left a message.  My call was returned promptly by Amanda with many apologies.  She explained that the company was going thru a bit of a change.  I was very appreciative of her honesty.  She gave me the numbers for the roofing supplier and another client to assure me all would go well.  She certainly kept her word and the work was done in a timely manner.  She came to my home several times and called throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly.  We needed to do some adjustment to the original price and we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement. 
My only concern was that I am still picking up nails and staples in my yard.  They did go around with a magnet and blew off the roof but
I am still picking up debris.
