"Very well. I picked out most items I wanted and paid for them, scheduled them for pickup by Handyman. Handyman would pickup some supplies as determined in the contract. Debbie was helpful with suggestions or advise when asked. Also, always professional, timely and cleaned up afterwards. I believe all labor charges were very reasonable."

"Added an addition to my home and it turned out beautifully and was reasonably priced and reliable, couldn’t be happier!"

"Wes and his partner are hard workers and do a good job. I've washed it all myself, but it takes them so much less time with professional-grade equipment. I've given them an "A", because the washing job is what it's all about. On the downside, they were way behind schedule when they arrived, and Wes is not good at responding to email. Paid a little extra to have more done than was originally contracted for."

"Very professional and timely on walk through, proposal & installation. Bought and installed equipment in less than 2 weeks after walk through - worked around construction / painting teams schedule. Will have them back for future projects."

"They were excellent and did a great job. They also gave us something free to use our garage door when we are away. It’s something we would need to setup on the computer. They did have good customer service."

"Zach and his crew showed up and did an outstanding job cleaning our gutters and tuning them up.  Awesome Service.
So impressed, I inquired, about pressure washing my house and patio.  (Please note, Zach did not try to sell me this service, I asked him).
Looking forward to using their services again.  Zach is a  "Get it Done" kind of guy.

"Isaiah called me prior to coming for a gutter cleaning. He explained how he would clean out the gutters and also check for any problems with the roof. He cleaned any debris that had fallen onto my deck and hard surfaces. I appreciate his friendliness and professionalism."

"They tried to upsell stuff. I was not happy about it."

"Aside from the price, which I found a tad high, I am completely satisfied with the services provided by GarageTek and am thrilled with my new storage system.  The sales rep, Peter, responded promptly to my inquiry and walked me through the GarageTek products and storage system after he had first checked out the garage.  He had good recommendations on which features offered the most value for the money, and also explained in detail the installation process and the services the company provided during the installation, such as free removal of any unwanted items and demolition of the old, bulky built-in work bench.  Peter then created a computer design of my system and gave me an itemized bill.  We agreed on a date for installation, which I later rescheduled easily.  On the day of installation, the two installation guys arrived promptly at 9 am and we reviewed their plan of attack and went over which items were staying and which were to be hauled away.  By 3pm, they were finished and the garage was cleared of any debris or equipment.  The crew chief went over the new storage system with me in detail and patiently explained how to move shelves or hooks or other components, and also pointed out one item that he could not install due to a faulty bracket.  He showed me how the storage rack should fit on the bracket but also showed how this particular bracket was faulty, and promised a new bracket would be delivered within a day or two.  The men then loaded up the truck with the items to be hauled away, and I was left with a garage that feels and looks terrific, despite being 40 years old.  I commend GarageTek on a well designed, quality product and excellent customer service.  The replacement bracket was delivered the next day.
