Debbie was helpful with suggestions or advise when asked. Also, always professional, timely and cleaned up afterwards. I believe all labor charges were very reasonable."

"My family is fortunate to live close together so we figured we would try to knock out to birds with one stone. One house needed two new openers as the existing ones were 20 years old. The other just needed an adjustment to the door as I noticed once when the power was out the door was hard to lift and wouldn't stay up. I spoke to Amber in the office and she was happy to help us on both residences. Other people I had called wanted to charge me 2 service calls. Brian came out a knew just what to do the make the one door open easier at my place and was done in no time. We then went to my uncles house and started to replace the openers. I was surprised that he got done as fast as he did even adding new wiring for safety beams across both doors. 
This is a first class group I would not hesitate to call them for anything to do with openers or garage doors. 
In factafter these two jobs they also went to Alban Tire a family business recently and worked on several of the doors there.
All I can say is they are not the first person I have used for garage doors but they will be the only one I ever call again. I am tired of getting ripped off by others. This group is fair, friendly, and just a pleasure to work with.

"Outstanding! I highly recommend Andrew's for any garage door work. Our original equipment (over 12 years old) door and opener were noisy and troublesome since we moved in 3+ years ago. We had to adjust the sensor several times and recently the opener only worked intermittently. We discussed the problems after I bought the big deal and Andrew and team were prepared to solve all the problems when they arrived for the appointment. They replaced the opener head, rail, and main and remote controllers, adjusted the track, and checked the sensors. The installation went smoothly and they were professional from my initial call, throughout the installation, and on the follow-up. They took away all the replaced parts and cleaned up so well the only way we knew they were here was the different controllers. "Aside from the price, which I found a tad high, I am completely satisfied with the services provided by GarageTek and am thrilled with my new storage system.  The sales rep, Peter, responded promptly to my inquiry and walked me through the GarageTek products and storage system after he had first checked out the garage.  He had good recommendations on which features offered the most value for the money, and also explained in detail the installation process and the services the company provided during the installation, such as free removal of any unwanted items and demolition of the old, bulky built-in work bench.  Peter then created a computer design of my system and gave me an itemized bill.  We agreed on a date for installation, which I later rescheduled easily.  On the day of installation, the two installation guys arrived promptly at 9 am and we reviewed their plan of attack and went over which items were staying and which were to be hauled away.  By 3pm, they were finished and the garage was cleared of any debris or equipment.  The crew chief went over the new storage system with me in detail and patiently explained how to move shelves or hooks or other components, and also pointed out one item that he could not install due to a faulty bracket.  He showed me how the storage rack should fit on the bracket but also showed how this particular bracket was faulty, and promised a new bracket would be delivered within a day or two.  The men then loaded up the truck with the items to be hauled away, and I was left with a garage that feels and looks terrific, despite being 40 years old.  I commend GarageTek on a well designed, quality product and excellent customer service.  The replacement bracket was delivered the next day.

"Great company to work with. They were responsive and timely. At the end of the day, they cleaned up and left the area usable until they returned. I had several things to be taken care of and a group came and was like an orchestra working together. Before I knew it all the items on my list had been taken care of."
