I did not rate A for quality because 1) installation technician did not clean up. I had to sweep the garage floor multiple times to remove wire pieces, and most annoyingly, many staples used to secure wires on the wall.  2) although all three doors were tuned during installation, one of them began to have loud squeaking noises after one month.  I finally contacted the company three months after installation about the noise issue.  They sent technicians out on the same day and fixed it for me.

"I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely use and/or recommend this provider. First, it's a small family owned business (the one who came out to do the work was the owner) and I scheduled the appointment about 2 weeks out and on the day of the appointment he showed up right in the middle of the 2-hour time window that was estimated to me. So, for a small "mom & pop" shop, he must be pretty well organized with his appointment scheduling. The equipment in his truck appeared to be professional grade and he looked over the areas of the house to be wash to determine any potential issues or questions. During the work, he seemed very efficient as the whole job was done under 2 hours for an average colonial style single family home in Northern VA. The house is all siding with some exposed foundation from the walkout basement that he also washed. The results were great as all dirt, mildew, etc was gone and the house looked "fresh" again. Assuming his business is still around in a couple year, I likely will be a repeat customer when the house would be washed again.

"Aside from the price, which I found a tad high, I am completely satisfied with the services provided by GarageTek and am thrilled with my new storage system.  The sales rep, Peter, responded promptly to my inquiry and walked me through the GarageTek products and storage system after he had first checked out the garage.  He had good recommendations on which features offered the most value for the money, and also explained in detail the installation process and the services the company provided during the installation, such as free removal of any unwanted items and demolition of the old, bulky built-in work bench.  Peter then created a computer design of my system and gave me an itemized bill.  We agreed on a date for installation, which I later rescheduled easily.  On the day of installation, the two installation guys arrived promptly at 9 am and we reviewed their plan of attack and went over which items were staying and which were to be hauled away.  By 3pm, they were finished and the garage was cleared of any debris or equipment.  The crew chief went over the new storage system with me in detail and patiently explained how to move shelves or hooks or other components, and also pointed out one item that he could not install due to a faulty bracket.  He showed me how the storage rack should fit on the bracket but also showed how this particular bracket was faulty, and promised a new bracket would be delivered within a day or two.  The men then loaded up the truck with the items to be hauled away, and I was left with a garage that feels and looks terrific, despite being 40 years old.  I commend GarageTek on a well designed, quality product and excellent customer service.  The replacement bracket was delivered the next day.
