The experience was very good. They are a family run business and they're very polite. We just had a call two weeks from them ago just to make sure we're still fine with our shutters. Along the process of making, he calls just to let us know that everything was going okay, or that he was still working on them.

Tim was timely and professional in installing shutters on windows and a sliding glass door. We replaced a curtain with a very nice professional sliding custom shutter. I would have done sooner had I known how great it would look and change the appearance in our den.
