"Two very professional and experienced young men arrived at my home promptly on the scheduled first day.  They covered all my floors, cabinets, and anything else not removed from the room.  My valances were taken down and carefully laid out to maintain their shape. The wallpaper was removed--it was over, above, and behind everything.
The workmen did such a good job and kept everyting so clean that, when I looked at the trim, windows, and doors, I decided that they didn't need repainting.  I called Gabriel that evening and told him that I would like to cancel that part of the contract.  He agreed immediately to reduce the cost of my project by the amounts listed for those areas saving me hundreds of dollars.
The second day went smoothly.  The patch was made over the phone jack hole, the walls were made beautifully smooth, and then painted without flaw.  The den ceiling was repaired and the valances were rehung in the kitchen.  Gabriel came by to make sure all went well.  Even though the patch was not figured into the original contract and I was prepared to pay more for that, I was not charged more.  A rare occurrence.  I was a happy customer.
Gabriel's office sent my warranty certificate out right away.  I inquired about extra paint for touch-up if I had a need.  Gabriel called and said that, if I ever needed paint, it would be delivered to me free from the paint store.  They would have my match information and it would be fresh.  I am a happy customer.

"Once he started pulling off the wallpaper, he discovered that the walls had not been properly prepped all those years ago, so the drywall was consequently torn up badly.  Therefore, it is even more impressive that Tommy finished this job on time because it took him longer than anticipated to have to extensively skim coat the walls, often with more than one coat.  There was an additional complication in one bathroom - taking off the wallpaper revealed rot in the wall behind the tub.  Tommy found someone to do the work on that wall in one day. 

We definitely recommend Tommy to anyone who needs interior painting and wallpaper removal.  His price was very reasonable and included materials, and the work was done well and on time.  We had added stress for most of the time because we live in RIchmond and the work was done in Virginia Beach - but Tommy kept in touch with us and answered all our questions.  We met with him for the walk through when he was done.  We found him pleasant and easy to work with.  We plan to use him in the future whenever we need painting done."
