The first time I met Syed from Stellar Remodels company, his honest response left me a deep impression. He is approachable and knowledgeable and experienced in project management. He has worked for many years in the construction field. Syed laid out the entire process very simply for us to understand. It was a very straightforward process. The price he offered was reasonable and great. The construction team led by Ainea was incredible responsive and prompt throughout the entire process. They were great getting back to us with answers to all our questions, and flexible with scheduling. The workers were always on time, nice, kind, and respectful of our home. When we had concerns or issues, they quickly resolved them with extreme professionalism and competence. They did an excellent job from many angles. The transformation has exceeded our expectations. Their work is meticulous and thorough. Their ability to get inspections and necessary permits so smoothly made the entire experience stress-free for us. After a couple of months when the job was done, and I couldn’t be happier with the final finished product which took me by surprise. The finishing product was extremely neat and professional with great attention to detail. The transformation exceeded our expectations. From the start we were really impressed with Daniel and Erika and their friendly, down-to-earth demeanor, and their intentionality to listen to our thoughts and show us the overwhelming options. They were great at communicating throughout the whole project, very knowledgable and thorough. Their work crews were friendly, professional, amazingly clean, conscientious, hard-working, and detail-oriented in every regard of their work. They were originally scheduled to start the work after the new year, but in the end they were able to bump up both of our bathroom remodels to the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas, and they blew us away with how quickly they were able to get the projects completed. "Our deck caught fire last summer and we contracted Chris Heinz to do the rebuilding and replacement of our fire-damaged exterior. Chris was wonderful to work with! He worked with our insurance company tirelessly and also kept us informed every step of the way. He and his crew removed our old deck and siding, and built a new deck, a landing and stairs off our kitchen, installed a new sliding door and four windows, replaced our siding and trim, and installed new outdoor lighting. There were a few delays due to the pandemic and materials being readily unavailable from one of the manufacturers, but the timeframe was reasonable given the circumstances. Chris and his crew did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier. We love our beautiful new deck and the new siding and trim. We get so many compliments from our neighbors and passers-by! We will definitely go to Chris next time we need work on our house and recommend him to everyone!"

"If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible. "I have been using the team at home breakthrough for years. At this point they fully remodeled my basement including adding a new bathroom/wet bar. As well as a huge overhaul of my main floor bath and laundry room. The quality of their work is outstanding. I also love their quote structure. They start with a labor number and give you an idea of what materials will cost but it’s essentially a chose your own adventure on how high end you want to go on features etc and they are very helpful to guide you on the way as well as have great experts to point you to on cabinets, fixtures, tile, countertops etc to help you achieve your vision. Look forward to having them back for my next project!"

"We hired Select Kitchen and Bath after interviewing several businesses for our master bath remodel. We worked with one of their designers, Claudia, who walked us through the entire design process and was incredibly detail oriented. She really understood the look we were going for, and she had helpful suggestions for every aspect of the project, from colors to types of tile to bathroom and light fixtures. She spent hours with us before the work ever began. We appreciated the specificity of Select's contract, which detailed exactly which expenses were standard in a project like this, and which ones were based on our specific selections (like cabinetry and tile) so we always knew where we could cut back if needed. Claudia's work was so thorough up front that there were no surprises once the remodel work started. She estimated that it would take six weeks and it did, with no surprise costs added to our bill. During the project, the work was overseen by one of Select's managers, John, who was in constant contact with us and came to the house regularly. He made sure the project kept moving even with some COVID-related disruptions, he was present for various city inspections, and we felt confident the work was being done correctly and according to plan. At multiple stages throughout the project, we met with John to review the overall plan and make decisions on specific elements like tile placement and outlet locations. John and his staff were patient with us and did an excellent job explaining the current stage of construction and what would be coming next. We liked their work so much we hired them for some small additional maintenance needs around our house. We had two workers on the project, one with expertise in demolition and electrical, and the other a tile expert. They never missed a day and we felt they were very respectful of our house and outdoor space. The project was expensive – Select had the highest estimate of the contractors we interviewed, but we wanted everything to be done to the highest standards, and we felt that it was. Everyone told us to expect delays and surprise costs during a remodel. Select completed the job exactly on schedule with no additional costs even during a global pandemic. Our new bathroom has totally surpassed our expectations and we absolutely love it. The tile work in the shower is particularly amazing. I would highly recommend Select to anyone considering a major renovation."
