I couldnâ t be more pleased with the new roof and gutters that Roof Fanatics installed on my house. The workmanship, the attention to detail, the value for your money canâ t be beat. The crew arrived on time, finished on time, and left my yard completely free of debris. Rob, the owner, came himself to make a final sweep of my gardens (12â -15â deep along the front and one side of my house) â I havenâ t found a single nail. My house looks new and fresh, all due to Roof Fanatics!

Working with Rob and Roof Fanatics was an excellent experience. I initially contacted them through Angi based on leaking issues I was having during the February snowstorm. Rob came out and did a thorough inspection and determined there was wind and tree damage. He worked very closely with my insurance company through a very challenging, multi-step process and was able to get the replacement covered. After the claim was approved, we met to do a detailed walk-through of the project which included selection of all the colors and materials. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make great choices. We included replacing the old gutters into the project as well and the color schema he recommended was excellent and gives the home a very high-end look. He was able to schedule the project less than 2 weeks later. When install day came, his crew showed up in force. They wrapped the house in a protective tarp to keep it from being impacted from the removal of the old materials. As we had expected, they found some rotted wood under the old roof which he replaced for a very reasonable additional charge. I was very relieved knowing that the whole solution was done right and all the needed items were remediated setting us up for a long term protective solution. Thank you Rob for all your help.

I spoke to four companies about the roof and gutter project. Robert was the least salesman like of them all. I felt like I had a straight forward conversation and it was very apparent he knew what he was talking about. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. He used the highest quality products and still was on par or cheaper than other roofing companies. My roof looks amazing and the new gutters look and work great. His team took the time to clean the area thoroughly and there was zero construction debris left behind. Additionally, while I was stateside for picking out a company, I was on an overseas assignment in a combat zone while the work was actually done. Robert took the time to use the messaging platform I needed to use to communicate on and sent updates and pictures throughout the day the work was completed. He went above and beyond to ensure my happiness. I would highly recommend you giving his a chance to earn your work.

Robert gave me the initial quote and was honest with what repairs were needed. His team was efficient and they use high quality products. I'm selling my mom's house so it was important to me that the house looks nice and was done quickly and correctly. The precious company just laid a new roof over the old roof and caused internal damage in the house. Robert and his team corrected all the damage and installed the new roof and the house looks great to sell. I highly recommend their services!

Easiest 5-star. My husband & I are first time homeowners. After a substantial rainstorm our guest bedroom ceiling started to bubble. I panicked. We reached out to friends for recommendations and Rob at Roof Fanatics immediately came up. I called the next morning & unbelievably he found a spot for us, a slightly after hours spot. That's the difference between a small company and a large one. He took the time to educate my husband & I on the roof itself, and never pushed us to make a decision on anything other than our own timeline. He offered to tarp our roof the next day without contract or payment upfront. When I asked him what color tarps he had & he answered blue, I said no thanks, lol. He came back the next day with a brown one to match our roof & installed a masterpiece. Our insurance adjuster who's been at this for decades claims it's the best tarping he's seen. We've had rainstorms back to back to back & there has been zero leakage & that's just a tarp, imagine what he can do on a repair or reroofing! His prices came out competitive or better than every other bid. He strikes me as a detail-oriented perfectionist & really isn't that who anyone would want on their roof? Yes, absolutely, yes it is. In fact, my neighbor has already hired him too.

He is honest, dependable, has integrity, ethics, was professional, personal & a very good boss to his workers. They seemed happy working for him & my roof was done 1 (one) day . I want to give a review on my roof install by Roof Fanatics. I had three other estimates but when I talked to Roof Fanatics I knew that was the company for the job. Robert was professional, personable and above all very honest about his work ethics. He wants to do the best job and isn't in it just for the money. The job was done in ONE day & the clean up was exceptional. The workers were happy and friendly and did a great job. They seemed to like working for this company.
