Curtis was terrific with his estimate and installation. The only negative was a one day delay in installation due to weather and lack of a phone call to advise of the delay. I had to call them when they didn't show up in the specified time frame.

Garage Nova sent him out on the same day regarding my broken spring on my garage and when I was only expecting a quote & then schedule for future service date he showed up with the proper replacement springs/tools to get the job done on the spot and also for a very reasonable and lower price than the competitors. AWESOME Job!

The installer did not arrive during the promised time window. The company did not contact me to advise me of the delay. I eventually called them and the installer arrived about two hours late. Roger, the installer was courteous and professional and I am very satisfied with his work.

They contacted me immediately and finished the work in hours. The big downside was they charged over $600. In the future I will just go to Home Depot to get the same springs for roughly $20 each and save myself a ton of money.

This company came in and cleaned up an unsatisfactory job done by Excalibur Garage, LLC, which claimed to be a subsidiary of Garage Door Nova and offered service a day earlier than our our original appointment. The Excalibur technician convinced us the new garage door openers were required and installed them, left a mess and did not remove the old door openers. Fortunately Garage Door Nova called the next day and we explained our situation. This technician came and pointed out a number of deficiencies and safety issues, and explained that we had been severely over charged. We hired Garage Door Nova to rectify the numerous issues and were very satisfied with the service.

Came on time, quickly detected the problem and solved it.
