Sam was great. He measure door and frame gave me a reasonable quote and made sure I had knowledge about the door it self and the quality of product before further install and he gave me his business card before leaving.

NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them.

I had a positive experience with Nova Exteriors. They replaced my shingle roof as well as the gutters on both the house & the connected porch. From sales to delivery, they did a great job. I was well informed and they did a thorough job documenting replacement boards supporting the roof. I was able to see the before of each of these problem areas and the finished project (not always easy to see with a roof). Very pleased with the end product. They were the most expensive of my 3 quotes, but seemed the most polished & professional. They did not try to add extra work. Just listened to my requests and added what was requested without upsells. At the end of the day, I am very glad I went with Nova Exteriors.

They were on time, pleasant and professional. This company did addition paint work and wood work that was necessary to complete the project. All other door companies we contacted would not do this.

Quick response to inquiries, salesman was professional, and personable ,with no hard sell. Installers were timely, worked well together and left premises vacuumed .

Easy to work with and the windows came in ahead of schedule, so they happy worked with me to get everything installed promptly. But six months later, things are really drafty and I worry something may be wrong.

Nova Exteriors is very easy to work with for a full-view storm door. We started the transaction via text. I provided pictures and rough measurements and they responded with options and prices. A person came to the house to verify dimensions. He arrived on schedule. Delivery and installation was sooner than they originally estimated (a good thing these days!) Installation went smoothly and the finished work looks great and operates perfectly.
