Dustin was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and truly went above and beyond. After removing various appliances - stove, fridge, dishwasher - he meticulously sealed off myriad entrypoints. Along the way, he explained in layman's terms what he was doing and also took before and after photos. Thank you, Dustin! I've been sleeping much better since.

John Agbeyegbe arrived promptly, examined the apartment, and told me how to prepare for the service visit which I easily scheduled within a few days. He explained everything clearly and I was very satisfied. He had also provided service on the same apartment four years ago, and at that time too everything went well, the problem resolved.

Damien was the technician who did all of the work required to prevent pests into coming into my new home. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He took his time to complete the job and did a final walk through with me to ensure I was comfortable with what he had done. We hired Biotech to perform a pest exclusion - looking for areas where mice may be getting into our apartment and blocking them up with steel wool or metal flashing. They helped us deal with a family member’s home that had level 4 hoarding and extreme infestation by cockroaches and mice. We conducted research, interviewed several firms and took a recommendation from another company we use Help In The Home LLC, and choose BioTech, a locally owned firm in DC that specializes in extreme infestation issues. We spoke with Fransisco Palacios who recommend an aggressive 6 treatment schedule with quarterly follow-up treatments to rid the property of both the insects and mice. Victor Fowler conducted the weekly extermination treatments, was careful in the application of materials and was caring and respectful of the residents. He also made good observations of particular troublesome areas in the house and recommendations for treatment and maintenance. I am so happy with the job. I saw mice on a Wednesday, they scheduled an inspection for the next day, and they performed the actual work a few days later. Technician Jeremy was very professional, thorough, and patient with all my questions.

The technicians were great. They quickly identified the problem (ie, where mice were making their way into our home), sealed off the problematic areas and took care of the rest. They were friendly and courteous, quick but thorough. Would definitely recommend them.

I had used BioTech a few years ago for a mice infestation in my tenants` apartment with great results, no mice for almost a year. But mid January this year when the apartment again had a mouse problem, I tried a different pest exterminator just for the heck of it. Big mistake- after two attempts for that contractor to solve the problem, the mouse was still in residence. I noticed a hole behind the stove which he had missed and stuffed it with steel wool, then called BioTech to confirm my work and make sure there were no other places where a mouse could get in. Victor came out exactly on schedule; he replaced the steel wool with galvanized metal and did the same for two other possible entry points. He spent about 30 minutes examining the apartment and reinforcing other existing seals, then showed me in great detail what he had done. I have used many contractors over the years and I have to say that Victor was one of the most professional, thorough and friendly contractors I have ever dealt with. There is no question that I will use BioTech for any future rodent problems I may have. I am so totally satisfied!

Victor arrived on time and got right to work. I had a few questions and he was very helpful in answering them. The dishwasher was a challenge to pull out, but he handled it and let me know of a minor issue I needed to follow up on. All in all, he was a very pleasant professional to have for the job.

Easy and thorough. It is more expensive than the large companies but the closure of entry points was what we needed after 5-6 months of bait stations and mice flip traps.

They combed through my house and sealed every possible entry way for a mouse. Their focus is eliminating the problem, not simply putting down traps and poison. The future of pest control, I think.

It was an extremely positive experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone because they were on time, polite, courteous, professional and the technician, John, was very knowledgeable.

The initial consultation was great. They seemed to know what they were doing. Paid an extra $200 for a technician that was able to get behind our two dishwashers ($100 per dishwasher). The work is guaranteed for a year, but it took approximately 5 visits for them to get the major points of entry. The first technician left an opened bag of bait in our kids toy room, and left bait at child's reach in several rooms, although he told me he had cleaned up all the bait, and although I mentioned I had a crawling baby. This same technician did not believe me about the chimney as a point of entry and did not look into it. As we had to have a follow-up visit due to continued mouse activity, another technician looked into it and sealed up the point of entry, but other entry points were missed. Following continued mouse activity, we had to schedule another house call. Almost at the year point, we unfortunately have still seen mouse activity. Although the activity is reduced, it is not where i expected to be. I truly thought they would eliminate the problem.

They sent out someone to assess your home. The process is very thorough and they explain everything as they do it. They walk your home looking for droppings and entry points in the most random of places. Then they explain the process of what will happen on the service date and for the year warranty. Quick and efficient!!

In April my tenants had noticed mice in their apartment, and after trying to eliminate them to no avail I contracted Bioteck Pest Management to seal all possible entry cracks and holes. I was able to get an appointment within two weeks, and the technician, John Agbeyegbe, arrived promptly and spent approximately an hour securing a 900 sq. foot apartment. He explained the process and was very professional. The fee was $689, and so far the apartment has been free of all rodents so I consider the price well worth it. I would certainly recommend this family owned business and the one year guarentee is definitely a bonus.

Totally professional team...arrived when stated, completed assessment and gave recommendations. Rahsaan did an amazing job with kitchen appliances over a difficult floor and into the attic, which was a hot box - was pleasant and explained all that was done and what to expect moving forward. Bait set...entrance zones sealed. Feel confident mice won't return, but I have a guarantee if they do.

They inspected both inside and out to determine severity of problem pointing out access points not visible to us. Cage traps were set and removed. The attic was cleaned of waste and debris and the entry points sealed.

Great response to the problem with results.

The tech who came out did a great job with the (many) holes above ground. This is an old house (built 1800s), so there are a lot of ways for a rodent to get in to the house. The tech who came out did a great job repairing a lot of holes, including some large structural holes from some inattentive contractors who worked on the house in the past. It's too soon to tell, but I don't expect I'll be dealing with my rodent friends for a while.

I was prepared to use the warranty period I was given by biotech because in my mind, I just felt like the mice problem wasn't gonna just disappear. Unfortunately, I was proven wrong. I would have done this review long ago but I waited to see if I will be needing to call them back. I had a very bad mice situation and had earlier used a pest company, I wont mention names but the problem reoccurred after few weeks. I looked up pest control and read a series of reviews. At that point, I was convinced Biotech was the way to go, I called and was surprised when I was told inspection was free. Randy came in, did a thorough inspection, even in my skepticism, I couldn't believe my eyes when he showed me mice droppings underneath my cabinets, showed me entry points and explained to me what they will do for it to be gone permanently. We agreed and decided to go ahead to fix the problem. John came in, the next appointment and baited....came back a couple of days later to pull out dishwasher and other appliances, sealed the entry points. I was impressed at the extent of work they put in just to make sure the intruders don't gain entry anymore. I was called some days later and asked if I had any issues and I simply said Not Yet. Its been months now and still no recurrence. I am really happy with the work these guys have done. Thanks to Randy and John... Now I can sit still in my house without the usual noise from my intruders.
