•   I am so happy that I decided to go with Fox Creek Builders to install my window and 2 sliding glass doors.  From order to install the process was excellent + only took about 3 weeks.  Amazing since it took another vendor a month to tell me they could not fill the order I previously requested.  Max, the owner, came out with Fred to measure and discuss my request.  When Fred installed the custom doors + window they fit better than the original doors they replaced---fit like a glove.  Fred was extremely pleasant, neat + a precision installer.  They removed all the old debris, vacuumed all the rooms, deck + cleaned all the windows after install.  I did not even have to remove my blinds during the process + they were particular about routing my outside cable wire. 
    The doors are very high quality argon + insulated glass.  My husband + I just love how smoothly both the doors + screens move along with the other bells+ whistles.  Even my dog loves the doors + the crew.  Max came out and inspected the job + again explained the features so we did not miss anything.  We couldn't be more pleased with this purchase--well worth the money + I just wish I had done this sooner.  Thanks to the Fox Creek Builders--Great team and Great work.

"First off my apologies for the delay in sending this review. I had a home project that I needed to have done. So I went to Home Advisor/Angies List for assistance. I was given the names of several contractors in my area to contact. Of those contractors I made to selection of NOVA Renew Construction LLC, Manager Bassel Alkassen. Mr. Alkassen came to our home on 2/11/23 to see the project and give a estimate for the repair of four windows, and a sliding glass door. He sent a written estimate on 2/12/23 and I did contact with him on 2/13/23 to confirm that I wanted him to do the job. Mr. Alkassen ordered four windows for me and returned on 2/15/23 to do the repair work. Throughout this entire process, Mr. Alkassen conducted himself in a very pleasant, respectful and professional manner. His prices for my job were very reasonable. "I originally needed a three-panel window fixed since it was loose from the frame. About 10min after I submitted the request on Angi's, Gilberto called me and said he could stop by since he was in the area and at the end of his day. He was able to make a fix on the spot and addressed some dirt/uncleanliness in the window frame from the previous owner. I then asked if he could come out and clean all the windows/frames and his price and availability was more than reasonable. Gilberto and his team came out the next week and spent several hard hours cleaning. Just recently he returned with the window screens that needed repair and washing. His last service for us was spot caulking/sealing the exterior window frames where needed. I highly recommend Gilberto and his service. He was professional, prompt, great at communicating what servicing was needed or wasn't, and the work and price was top notch."

"Fantastic experience with JS Jackson! They did 2 projects for us - window replacement (6 windows for a townhouse) and cut and install new kitchen window. The leads on each project were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process, answering questions, and advising on the best products for quality, budget, design, and function. Workers were friendly and professional. The office staff is very responsive at handling scheduling, permits, invoices, etc. It’s been several months and the windows are clearly properly installed, well-sealed, no leakage, and outside framing looks flawless. "I had a Provia door from my house going in the garage installed. They offered the lowest price and the quickest delivery time amid the pandemic backlogs. The installation was odd, with the door threshold wider than the original one. The door was protruding to the outside; I asked them to install a piece of wood in the base because, otherwise, that protrusion was going to be a tripping hazard, as the door was at the end of two steps. Later on, I found issues with gaps in the door, but they promptly came to fix them. Apart from those hiccups, I am happy with this company."

"Everything went AMAZINGLY WELL....FAST response on the submission. Within minutes they called me. They came out the same night to analyze my door and give me a quote. They scheduled the install for as soon as possible. The door and door frame were replaced and everything looks brand new. They are very friendly and professional. DEFINITELY HIRE THEM.
