"I originally needed a three-panel window fixed since it was loose from the frame. About 10min after I submitted the request on Angi's, Gilberto called me and said he could stop by since he was in the area and at the end of his day. He was able to make a fix on the spot and addressed some dirt/uncleanliness in the window frame from the previous owner. I then asked if he could come out and clean all the windows/frames and his price and availability was more than reasonable. Gilberto and his team came out the next week and spent several hard hours cleaning. Just recently he returned with the window screens that needed repair and washing. His last service for us was spot caulking/sealing the exterior window frames where needed. I highly recommend Gilberto and his service. "Fantastic experience with JS Jackson! They did 2 projects for us - window replacement (6 windows for a townhouse) and cut and install new kitchen window. The leads on each project were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process, answering questions, and advising on the best products for quality, budget, design, and function. "I had a Provia door from my house going in the garage installed. They offered the lowest price and the quickest delivery time amid the pandemic backlogs. The installation was odd, with the door threshold wider than the original one. The door was protruding to the outside; I asked them to install a piece of wood in the base because, otherwise, that protrusion was going to be a tripping hazard, as the door was at the end of two steps. Later on, I found issues with gaps in the door, but they promptly came to fix them. Apart from those hiccups, I am happy with this company."
