"Phil from LUX contacted me right away after I submitted my request through Home Advisor. He inspected our foundation where the crack had opened and informed us that it was not a structural issue, but one that could be repaired from the outside of the house. He gave a written estimate of the work after we discussed the details. We scheduled the work to be performed the following week and the team showed up as scheduled. The work consisted of digging down to the footer of the home and two feet on each side of the crack. This took two of the team almost 8 hours to complete. The crack was repaired with modern materials and techniques. (I researched this type of work prior to LUX starting the work.) The team lead (Alex) explained the work throughout the day as I checked their progress periodically. He seemed very knowledgeable about the process and was confident that the work could be completed on time and on budget. When the work was complete, LUX gave a lifetime (transferable) warranty on the work they did. I have worked with many contractors in the area and this was the first time a ever got a lifetime warranty like that. Phil and his team were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing to have a foundation repair."

"Mauricio and Crisjan were the initial sales reps who came to examine the issue and they took the time to test drainage that might have potentially been creating the water issue. They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"Julio and his crew were the epitome of professional service. I cannot emphasize how thorough, punctual and knowledgeable they, collectively, know their artisan talents. I needed to have part of a brick wall that had collapsed replaced with new. Julio carefully examined the other remaining brick wall, and pointed out several cracks ( due to groundhogs burrowing from underneath, further weakening the structure overall) . As Julio pointed this out to me , I agreed that it was only a matter of time before the rest of the wall would fail. I decided to have half of the wall replaced with stone block . As my budget allows, I will definitely have the remaining brick wall replaced with the new stone wall. We've experienced several very heavy rains since the creek bed was installed, and the water is now kept away from the house.  No more worries about the foundation!.

Although the work was done to manage a water erosion problem, a surprise added benefit is that the dry creek bed is a beautiful feature in the yard. Each stone was carefully placed by hand so that it looks completely natural.

The crew was very professional and obviously took pride in their work. Upon finishing, they cleaned up so well that you could not tell that any work had been done.

After seeing our finished yard, several of our neighbors said that they would contact Operations Manager David Arias about their water problems. We highly recommend this company.
