"I have a house with circa 1890's brick and mortar that once had seashells in it. David Ricard gave me a fair estimate to fill in mortar where a house brick was party broken by a telecom company and where some mortar fell out from an area a larger masonry company had repointed a few years before. David and his brother showed up on time, did the work in a reasonable amount of time, and cleaned up after. He showed that he understands different kinds of brick and the mortar required. I wish I had known about David before I hired that other company a few years before because the larger company didn't do a particularly good repointing job. I have upcoming mortar work needed on my front walkway and will be calling David for that repair. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others."

Company A came out and decided I needed a tier system costing 15K. I almost had a coronary. There were no signs that I had a major foundation issue so I found this a bit suspect. Next, I had Greg from NV Waterproofing come out do a visual inspection and take some measurements using his laser and level. In the end he told me I had normal settlement and to do nothing. Not even fill it b/c that way you can monitor it over time. I offered to pay them him for his time and he respectfully declined. I wish I had some work for him but I guess leaving a glowing review is the next best thing. I cant speak highly enough of Greg and NV. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy knowing their are good, honest business still out there."

"I was referred to Jaime Peredo (the owner) by the engineer who I contracted with to make drawings and permit plans to take down a 20' loadbearing wall between two living rooms.  The wall was between the original outside wall of the house and an addition, and was approximately 10 inches block and brick -- SOLID -- and covered with drywall/plasterboard.  In short, this was a difficult job.
Jaime Peredo is a total professional.  He showed up on time, gave a fair estimate and an accurate timeline.  He was on site every single day of the seven day job, and I was very impressed by how hard his employees worked.  I would highly, highly recommend him as a honest and hardworking businessman.
