"They did a great job. We got 4 quotes; they were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. Everything was done on schedule, and they did not try to talk us into work we didn't need. Very professional, and they did a good clean-up job. We were initially annoyed that they had not cleanly cut through our tile (which we did not think to request), but we would have ended up pulling up and replacing the cut pieces anyway, so it really doesn't matter. Water problems in our basement have stopped! We are very satisfied."

"Needed to replace culvert and cover with asphalt. First - Jason came on-stie to look at the job. He explained the work needed and the process. J&K does not do asphalt but did arrange to have asphalt laid. Was extremely nice to deal only with Jason and not have to worry about finding someone to do the asphalt work separately. All included in one quote. Second â Received quote for the work promptly. Third â J&K Installed the culvert and new asphalt, completed in a reasonable time. Weather delays. Fourth â Found out there was a second problem which caused the old culvert to fail. Needed the drainage ditch cleaned out because over the years it had filled in with dirt. The water was not running as it should. Jason investigated what it would take to correct the issue and made a recommendation. Give us a quote for the work and start immediately. We are VERY satisfied with all the work they have done. Special note -J&K work crew cleaned up after themselves each day. One more thing I need to say about this job site. Exceedingly difficult because of the drainage issue, but Jason and his team stayed the course, took their time and the water is running off. Their work is very professional. Looks WONDERFULL. Would highly recommend J&K Gound Maintenance."

Furthermore, after the fact, then avoid phone calls and emails by "forwarding to their voicemail receptionist" when you try to remedy their mistake. Terrible experience would be an understatement of this company's service. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!. It started with us calling them to do routine water heater maintenance on a 3 year old brand new house. Their Tech name Samuel, not only did not do the maintenance on the water heater, but sold us on some BS about needing to replace our sump pump and install a water filter for 5k instead, and also buy a HVAC service package. We trusted him because his boss made it sound like you have to do this, and little did we know"
