"This guy is young and has that techie cutting edge experience. He came in recognizing my problem immediately. He split my AC system to function on multiple levels and I can choose a single level to cool or multiple levels. Not only did this improve my comfort at home, but reduced how long my unit ran during the blistering heat this summer ( remember my statement about cutting edge). Pricing was reasonable and very customer-oriented. Trust me, you want this guy who doesn t come into your home and start throwing big names around and speaking in tongues that = a ton of money. He doesn t try and take advantage of you if you re woman or not familiar with the overall DNA of heating and cooling system. Try em! You won t like this company. You ll love this company!"

"Woke up with the house well above the set temperature. A/C running but no hot air coming out. Put job on Angi at 0830 and got immediately called by SwiftPro. They were the first to call and they had the highest rating of the four that were chosen by Angi. Tech arrived a little after 1100 and quickly figured out what was the problem. Tech identified one part that was the issue and another part that could cause a problem down the road. Tech didn't push the second part but the part wasn't much more so changed out both. Tech did a full inspection of the cooling system without any 'additional' issues. Up and running by 1230."

"AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency. "Being a MVP customer was time for Heating/Cooling safety inspections. Kevin Stanley was the HVAC Service Tech assigned to the job. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. Will definitely call Appleton Campbell when needing home repairs, this is our 3rd project they’ve taken care of. Thanks again"
