"I had power go out in my room, I call Just Better Home Services, they were quick to respond and send an electrician out. They ended up charging me $441 for several hours of troubleshooting. and I still did not have power in my room. They did quote me over $3000 to run new circuits to 2 of my rooms. I had another electrician come out a few days later. He found the issue in less than 30 minutes and charged me significate less. I do not recommend Just Better Services electrician services."

It seemed like we were facing a complicated repair that would require extensive trenching and going through walls as well as a concrete floor. Randall from Jefferson Plumbing offered a trenchless replacement option that worked like a miracle. He installed a new line where the existing pipe had been with minimal disruption inside our house and outside by the meter. He was a consummate professional, explaining all our options as well as how his trenchless process worked from start to finish. He did the work quickly - basically in a day and a half. I would offer him my highest recommendation for service and value."
