We were notified by the water company that we had a leak in our water supply between our house and the water main. It seemed like we were facing a complicated repair that would require extensive trenching and going through walls as well as a concrete floor. Randall from Jefferson Plumbing offered a trenchless replacement option that worked like a miracle. He installed a new line where the existing pipe had been with minimal disruption inside our house and outside by the meter. He was a consummate professional, explaining all our options as well as how his trenchless process worked from start to finish. He did the work quickly - basically in a day and a half. I would offer him my highest recommendation for service and value.

In addition to the job itself, everyone took the time to be very neat in and around the home, All promises were kept, and any small delays were clearly communicated. These reasons alone should place him on your list of those to call.

To preface my comments I'll note that I am generally a tough customer:  I have a mechanical engineering background, high expectations & do my homework to be sure I am getting quality work at a fair price.  We found Jefferson Plumbing via our general contractor who uses their services regularly.  Randall, owner/plumber, was professional and polite for the entire process of getting our plumbing replaced, repaired & installed.  He is clearly very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I had and give advice I could feel confident in.  He was efficient at completing every job he set out to do and delivered exactly what he said he would.  I checked all of his work and it was of very high quality.  And, to top it off, he's probably the nicest plumber you'll ever meet!  The work was completed 5-7 months ago and we have had no issues with any of the work that was done.  We plan to use Randall for any/all future plumbing work in our home - which, if you knew me, says a lot.
