I also needed a system to address the rust and iron in my well water. I did not want to spend a fortune but the sales lady was pretty convincing. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. My water is clean again ! Now I can tackle the original problem. My toilet has bad rust stains. I will either get it clean, or replace it. I could not do this until the water was fixed."

"Very professional, I called on Friday and he came right away to see why we had no water. He replaced pump and pressure tank for me. He worked on Sunday so I won't have to go too many days without water as he had another job on Saturday. "Larry from Fitch was very courteous and punctual. He was straight forward that he was more of an HVAC repair person than that of a hybrid water heater repair expert. He called Bradford White technical support and tried to trouble shoot the error codes that popped up. With tech support he was able to reset the water heater so that the error codes did not appear. He acknowledged that he was not sure if the problem was correctly addressed and cautioned that it might recur. Since this took a bit of time to trouble shoot, the labor cost proved quite substantial. Although I have no complaints with Fitch or Larry, I might have to look for someone more experienced with hybrid water heaters if the problems/error codes were to recur."
