I had power go out in my room, I call Just Better Home Services, they were quick to respond and send an electrician out. They ended up charging me $441 for several hours of troubleshooting. and I still did not have power in my room. They did quote me over $3000 to run new circuits to 2 of my rooms. I had another electrician come out a few days later. He found the issue in less than 30 minutes and charged me significate less. I do not recommend Just Better Services electrician services.

Called to schedule an appointment on a Monday, they showed up the next day for an estimate, and replaced my old AC unit with a new one on Friday. Did not try to upsell, recommended a quality brand, and prepared two separate receipts so I could send one to Albemarle County for a $100 rebate on a programmable thermostat. Friendly crew, left no mess, and made sure I understood how to program the new thermostat and use the app on the phone to monitor/manage when away.
