We had to have our home re-plumbed -- all pipes replaced -- since the builders had used Quest pipes which can turn into a sprinkler system! Charles and his daughters took 4-5 days to do the job and they were fabulous. Efficient, hard-working, thorough, and very congenial: we really liked getting to know the entire family. We'd never use anyone else for any plumbing issues, be they big or little.

Steve figured out how to access and repair a practically inaccessible drain without having to remove the bathtub that was leaking into the crawlspace. He was prompt, extremely pleasant to work with and did an excellent though job on a difficult repair. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend his work.
