It went well and my house looks great! John was very courteous and professional, and he did a fine job. We walked together around the house before and after the pressure washing. There were a few spots I asked him to target again and he cheerfully took care of them. I would definitely hire him again.

Surfaces had algae, mold and dirt from two years of build up given excessive rainy season we have experienced in Leesburg, Va. Job was conducted in an very professional and efficient manner with expectations clearly communicated. The estimate process was rather detailed to where the estimate was the final price. The end product was amazing! There were a couple of spots on the trex deck that they were not able to get out which they pointed out to us so we were aware. We agree that those spots were not able to be removed from the power-washing. We are extremely pleased with the result, the work process and will definitely hire them again for this and related projects.

The gentleman that did the work was very professional and friendly. He did an excellent job in power washing the exterior of my house. The cleaning agent that they use is great. My white trim of the house was completely free of the black grime that attached itself over the course of 2 years. The exterior sparkled! And it even smelled clean too! Great job! This is the second time I have used them and highly recommend their services.

They did an excellent job on all aspects of the job. I've used East Coast before and I've also used handy-man services, but I've settled on East Coast because they ALWAYS do the most thorough cleaning and the price is very fair for the quality of the job.

Great! Rob showed up on time, did a walk-through with me so I could point out areas that were especially important to me, he explained the type of solution he'd be using, and estimated how long it would take. I returned 3 hours later and it looked like a new home (actually, our house is 10 years old and this was the first time I'd ever had it powerwashed and cleaned this way). Rob did a great job in the large areas and the nooks and crannies, was very carefully with our Hardieplank siding and wood trims.... I could tell he was very experienced and took pride in his work. I would definitely use Eastcoast Powerwashing again - and it won't take me 10 years to book my next cleaning!

John did an excellent job cleaning my dirty, moldy house and concrete walkway. He answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction and gave me guidance on the best way to maintain my two wooden decks. I asked him to put me on his schedule next Spring to clean and work on my decks and wouldn't have scheduled him again if I wasn't completely satisfied with his work today. I am definitely using this company again and will highly recommend them to neighbors. I have lived in this house for 29 years and used many power washing companies and have never before felt like I wanted to hire them again, mainly due to substandard work or damage done to my siding. BUT NOW I am sticking with this company. Thank you East Coast Powerwashing for a job well done.

Chris was on time and started right up power washing the deck. Moved on to the chimney then front stoop and sidewalk. He was professional and very courteous. Explained everything that he did. The deck and other areas look great. Would definitely hire them again.

the technician was professional and went the extra mile. he climbed on the roof to ensure that the algae was gone. no other power washer had done that. Also my gutter surfaces have never been more clean.

Great job... did 2 very large decks,top and bottom, very large patio with moss build remove, lots of deck furniture, roof on bump out windows Trim and more. Very big job.Mike the field manager explained how each task would be performed to insure optimum results. Chris the tech was over the top excellent with incredible attention to detail . Use this company you will be satisfied.
