We are a locally owned and operated plumbing company located in the Sugar House area of Salt Lake City, Utah. This location makes it easy for us to provide services for many cities in the Greater Salt Lake Area. "Full renovation. Want to upsize water/gas & replace my failed stop-and-waste. Called PP and asked to schedule an estimate. Lady asked about project. Explained the gist and she said she couldn't provide an estimate for that over the phone, but told me their hourly rate is $165 and that is per worker so double that if two were on job, etc. Pricey, but not unexpected for skilled labor. Scheduled a time and I met Rodney. He was knowledgeable & friendly. Explained in detail what I wanted, asked if it was feasible, etc. He said they could do the water part, but since the gas line is owned by Dominion Energy up to and including the meter, I'd have to talk to them about if the gas line and/or meter needed replacing. Called DE and got on the waiting list for a "pre-eval", and as Rodney recommended I sent an email to PP with all the details of the project and a sketch for clarity. While waiting for DE to get back to me I got an invoice for $165 in the mail from PP. I called PP and asked why"

"Our specific Plumber was Brent Young and hands down he is the best Plumber we have ever had. And after 30 years of home ownership we have had to use a lot. From the beginning there was no high pressure sales. He presented the facts so I could make a smart decision and the pricing was very fair (I shopped around a lot beforehand). When Brent came to install he was super professional and took great care to make sure the service was done right and that we were comfortable with it. He even did a couple of extra small things. Seriously, this was the best plumbing service we have ever had. I highly recommend Brent and would absolutely use him again in the future."

When our old unit flooded the basement, the sales rep, Nicholas Allphin, assured us we could do a payment plan for a new tankless heater. He was polite and professional, but would swipe past all of the verbiage on his tablet straight to the signature block, repeatedly reassuring us of what it said and that it was a payment plan. Months later, after repeatedly asking for payoff information, we learned it was actually a lease that would cost nearly double what we were quoted. We felt completely misled and taken advantage of, and it was incredibly frustrating to realize the truth only after months of trying to get answers. This felt dishonest and manipulative. If you still choose to use them, be very cautious and double-check everything they do and say, because there?s a good chance they could be doing the same thing to you."

"While I can’t recommend flooding your house just for the experience, if that’s the experience you’re already having, I can wholeheartedly recommend using AAA Restoration to help get things back to normal. When we discovered that a water main had burst and flooded under the house, we were at a complete loss as to how to handle it ourselves. Fortunately, our frantic search for a disaster cleanup crew led us to the highly rated AAA Restoration company. While my husband attempted several other companies and either couldn’t get through or was told he’d get a call back “later”, I got through to AAA Restoration immediately, and they had someone out to our location faster than we thought possible given that it was the end of the business day. They fought through traffic to help us start pumping hundreds of gallons of water out from the crawl space and under the house storage areas. It was such a relief to know someone else who knew what to do was taking over. The employees were all very informative, professional, and they documented everything they did along with a complete inventory of what was pulled out from the storage area and how everything was dispositioned. They worked well with our home insurance, and we got regular updates on the progress of every step of the way. We went from basically having an “indoor wading pool” to dried and dehumidified and back to feeling like it was just the normal home again. The fans and dehumidifiers were already set up and had been running for half a day before we got a call back from even one of the multiple other companies we had contacted the night before. Even after the work was done, the house was dry, and the bills were paid, Brittany was incredibly helpful in tracking down some information for us on some of the specific items that had been in storage. While I’m hopeful we’ll never have a flooded house again, we are 100% going to be using them for carpet cleaning moving forward, just on the basis of our experience over the last couple of weeks. 11/10, can recommend."
