Ryan was pitching me the other services you provided & fast talking.He even talked me into also replacing the reducing valve for safety reasons ($309.00) Raiden also installed that valve and did an excellent job. The prices seemed steep even with the Veterans discount, but Raiden's service was impeccable and appreciated."

We needed to remove grass and level the yard, move a shed, install bark, sprinklers, and sod. Carey's team got it done in a week! They kept the jobsite clean, and even the city drove by and gave their thumbs up. The landscaping looks beautiful and the sprinklers are working well. Carey even had the team come back the next season to help with some pressure regulators. Carey has good experience and knows how to get things done efficiently. "Our water heater went out at 9 on a Friday morning... trying to find a plumber on short notice was almost impossible. Luckily, Jared was able to come out. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly (a defective gas valve), and it was still under warranty, but finding the part ready to pick up nearby was the trick. He called around and managed to find one a bit closer to try and keep labor costs down. At one point I was getting stressed out about the whole process and he was able to reassure me, which was appreciated. Once he picked up the part, it was fixed quickly and we didn't have to go the whole weekend with no hot water. What a relief."
