We received a phone call 45 minutes before arrival in the morning and the job was completed by about 3 in the afternoon. When they left my house, the yard was clean and my brand new rain gutters were looking great. (even tho they were working in the rain part of the time)
We had both the rain gutters and the leaf protection/terminator installed. Attached to the house, they were very sturdy and secure.
A job well done, I would highly recommend this company.

On Monday, Oct 21 the installers arrived at about .3:30 pm and worked about 2 hours but said that they would return on Oct 2 at about 1:00 pm to finish the job. They showed up at about 3:30 and worked for about 2 hours an said that they did not have all of the parts to complete the installation but would return early the following morning to complete the job.However, the next day they were a no show and did not call to give us an explanation. On Oct 24 they came and finished the job. Or so we thought. As it turns out they did not do part of the work stated on the quote. The next day they called and wanted the rest of the money. but we discovered that part of the work that was specified on the quote had not been done.They were going to charge us $417 for work not done.
When we were able to communicate with them they checked and discovered that part of the work had not been completed but offered to come back and finish the project or they would subtract $417 from the final bill. We accepted the reduction of the final payment.
We could not recommend this company to anyone!t It was the worst experience that we have ever had with a contractor.and in the 36 years we have lived in this house. We have had numerous contractors work for us in the past. It also gives rise to the question how does Angie's do us any good? We have had better luck finding good contractors on our own. we are very disappointed!

We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction. We really strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We take it very personal when this doesn't happen. We are truly sorry. We received this review this morning. We had an immediate Management meeting for an hour about this job and the way it turned out. We definitely saw some flaws and things that we could have and should shave done better. We made the changes internally to prevent this from happening again. Once our meeting was out. I called the customer but unfortunately just got voicemail but did leave a lengthily message apologizing and thanking them for the feedback. I would love it if we never made mistakes, but I think the difference between and good and great company is first admitting when you are wrong and second fixing it so that it doesn't happen again.
