Received a call within hours. Set up a visit for an estimate the following day. Repaired and replace the next day. Great communication. Received timed updates prior to arriving.

Driveway
The service was done quick and professionally. Payne was able to make some recommendations without being pushy at all. He was thoughtful when bringing the concrete in, that our older driveway would not support the weight of the truck and concrete. He recommended getting a 'concrete buggy' to transfer from the truck to the installation site and protected the existing driveway from further damage. He will be doing some gravel and stonework for us after the concrete finishes curing.

Payne came over and gave us a quote on the 2 vinyl gates we wanted installed. We gave him the bid and he came over the following week and started the installation. His work was completed in a timely manner and done very well. Payne is very friendly and professional. We are very pleased with his work.

Payne Expedite Construction did a very good job building a vinyl fence.
They showed up when they said they would and were professional in our dealings.
They hit a snag trying to fence behind a retaining wall, explained the situation and came up with a solution. They tore down the retaining wall and rebuilt it - re-enforced it so that it was strong enough to retain the dirt behind it and allow the fence to be finished.
I am very satisfied with the finished product.

Paane was great to work with. He and his crew removed the old driveway and pour a new one plus added to our patio. All the work was done when they said they would do it. I call other companies to give me a bid and they didn't even call me back. I would recommend Paane to anyone.

The company helped extend our driveways putting in an RV pad and they installed cement stairs down the side of our house to the backyard. Everything was got in a timely fashion. Excellent customer service and great response time then the work perform was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete work.

Payne and his crew are incredibly precise and easy to work with. They did cement work for me after the wind storm. Poured our patio where a tree was ripped out. Poured over our existing porch to stop the porch from leaking into the house. Itâ s been over a year and no leaks and the concrete looks amazing still. Would highly highly recommend Payne!

They did a great job. Also were very accommodating, even when changes were made. They poured 2 large pads of concrete that were 10 feet by 22 feet, steps and a storage shed pad 10 fee by 8 feet. Looking to have more concrete work done in the future. I will be using Payne for my next job.
