"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

Come to find out they are not from wyoming but out of west jordan utah. They were surpose to have the work finished in 1 week (i wanted a carport build). After the week had passed the owner of the business faatauvaa sia aka: patrick and femeial kept making excuses and then admitted he had cashed the check and spent the money on himself he asked again for more money to buy the materials that he never bought in the first place. I told him no and called the police I reported him to Utah Comsumer Prote"
