It went well. Vance did exactly what he said he would do. He was very efficient and charged a more than fair amount.

Great. It's been several years ago, so I don't remember all of the details, but I feel compelled to write this report because the provider definitely does NOT deserve an F after the great experiences I had with him.

Everything went well. We had priced the replacement door with other vendors and just didn't get a good vibe until Beehive Door showed up. They were earnest, helpful and had good follow-through. They offered to do more than any of the previous vendors, such as framing, carting away the old door and walking us through exactly what would take place. The installer was also candid about everything, and did a good job walking through basic programming, etc. I did feel he showed up late. Even though I generally expect that from any vendor, I'm impatient and I want a phone call if you're going to be late. Nevertheless, the relief of having a safe, and modern garage door quickly overcame my impatience.

When I initially called for a quote and additional information (as we have never replaced a garage door opener before), Vance was extremely helpful. He was very thorough with my options and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was imposing on his time. My husband was home at the time of installation and said he was very impressed (and my husband has high standards for any kind of service provider). The price quote was comparable to other places I had called--actually cheaper, since his quote included tax and installation. He was also able to come out just two days after I called. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely recommend Beehive Overhead Door to others and use them in the future.

Got appointment two days after calling. Serviceman Vance was prompt, courteous, professional. He described options of replacing versus fixing. Work on the motor was completed within an hour, but he took the time to see that the track and motor were operating smoothly before he left. The first time I tried running the opener after he'd gone, nothing happened! But Vance was able to return that afternoon knowing exactly the right part to bring (the starting capacitor), and was able to fix the door within a few minutes. He didn't charge me for the return call.

They do respond quick and do very good work. The price was lower than anyone else's bid. They made me very happy.

My garage door was hanging, and he came as soon as he could. They fixed it enough so it could shut. They replaced the door on Saturday, when he usually does not work. He does a great job, and he is very knowledgeable with the products.

They did an excellent job. They were very helpful and gave me some information to help me save money. They got the job done and it didn't cost much.
