"Of course plumbing problems are like medical emergencies. They only happen on weekends and holidays! LOL My daughter was staying with me and she came to my room in the middle of the night to tell me there was water all over the floor in the downstairs bathroom. We waited until about 8 a.m. then called Eric. He said he was on his way to Provo for an emergency, but would be to my house by 10. At about 9:45 he called and said he was on his way. When I opened the door, I saw a young man, nicely dressed and very professional. He came in, assessed the problem and went back out to his truck.
